The collective challenge we face in the kitchen has shocked us all. The sudden shortage, the continuous meal plan, the ration of fresh ingredients and the elimination of all final scrap ...

There is no doubt that these are good habits to get, and this stage has the potential to make us all cook better. We can become more aware of food waste, realize that we do not need to eat meat as much as we think, have grown more creative with the ingredients we have available.

Here are the 10 recipes from my archive that I'm reviewing the most at the moment: hearty, nutritious family meals that give us the best we need in the most economical way may. If you're finding hard-to-find eggs in stores, try this silky, delicious and incredibly delicious allioli, using apples to combine mayonnaise instead of regular eggs. Layer it on sliced coriander with hints of garlic and baked nuts for a magical, warm gratin.
