Every Marvel Movie on Netflix, Ranked - MW

Not all Marvel movies are the same. For starters, not all Marvel movies are available on Netflix. (Use streaming services, not us!) Although Netflix only has a few options on its platform, they still cover the range of stupid and fun seriously and with prestige. . And they don't include any of the bad people, saying something! If you're in the mood for an action-packed, star-filled superhero movie, you can't go wrong with either. Here are all the Marvel movies available for streaming on Netflix, ranked.

5. Ant-Man and the Wasp

Compared to other Marvel movies (ahem, Infinity War), Ant-Man and the Wasp is a sweet and sweet entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is a refreshing and humorous loop of the franchise, with Evangeline Lilly joining a team of pint-sized superheroes like the Wasp.

4. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana and the rest of Marvel's wisecracking Guardians crew return for a second space adventure, which this time around involves Star Lord's reunion with his father, played by Kurt Russell.

3. Avengers: Infinity War

The penultimate film in the Avengers storyline sees pretty much every single person who has ever been in a Marvel movie—or survived one, anyway—return for an intergalactic battle between man, alien, robot, Hulk... Everyone gets in on the action when Thanos closes in on his effort to collect all of the Infinity Stones, which enables him to wipe out a good chunk of humanity as we know it. He might think his intentions are in the right place, but Captain America and crew do all they can to stop him.

2. Thor: Ragnarok

Chris Hemsworth's titular hero has led a pretty good Marvel movie (2011's Thor) and a pretty bad one (2013's Thor: The Dark World). This third stand-alone effort was, thankfully, directed by Taika Waititi, who slashed the dark, brooding aspects of the demigod's personality and made him a lovable and laughable superhero in what amounts to one of the best action comedies in years. Tessa Thompson, Mark Ruffalo, and Jeff Goldblum all deliver hilarious supporting turns, and Cate Blanchett takes every chance she gets to play a deliciously devious villain who threatens to take over the universe.

1. Black Panther

The Oscar-winning Black Panther is the only Marvel movie to earn a prestigious Best Picture nomination (it lost to the less prestigious Green Book), and it's easy to see why. Beyond it being a bonafide cinematic event, Black Panther features phenomenal collection of actors playing some of the most complex characters found in a superhero movie, with Chadwick Boseman's T'challa and Michael B. Jordan's Erik Killmonger rivalry being one of the most complicated and high-stakes of all time.
